What is your turnaround time?
Currently it is about 10 business days (not including weekends). I do offer rush on most items as long as they are in stock, just select that option when filling out the order form. I will do my very best to update my inventory so that it is as up-to-date as possible, so it should show if the item is in stock or not. However, I do sell my products on other avenues and I am human. If you need a rush on something and I realize it is out of stock and I cannot rush that item, I will contact you immediately with a plan of action! I totally understand the need for a rush item, I do occasionally refer to myself as “Last- minute Laura!”
What if I receive my order and it is incorrect?
While this is very rare, I assure you, please contact me immediately and I will fix my mistake!
What if you need to change your order after it is placed?
Please contact me as soon as possible and I will do as much as I can to correct it before I work on your item!
What is a pre-order?
Several times throughout the year I will offer “Pre-Orders” on mostly seasonal clothing items for children. I will not receive these items for several months and also allow myself working time to complete the projects, so that is why it takes several months to order them and for them to get to you! It is up to you to let me know if there is a change of address or names before I work on them or ship them to you. I will not be able to update sizes once your order is already placed
